Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production since the year 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more precise placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system offers a lot more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide a huge range of optional attachments and these telehandlers could really help you accomplish your requirements, while being efficient and safe at the worksite. If accuracy and precision are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you require.
The Future
In order to make rough terrain lift trucks as efficient as possible, many attachments have been engineered and made like booms, winches, and rotating fork carriages, to allow the forklift to position materials more accurately. The booms or articulating booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and are able to reach up and over structures in order to position loads on interior roof slope settings or in the upper or center floors. New products and attachments are being designed and made all the time and will be available in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, several improvements have been made. For example, load-reach management devices can automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled rather than relying on the operator. Pressure sensors are used in order to know the weight of the load. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
The memory of the boom would compare the angle and the extension of the boom with the safety limits, when the load is being placed into position. There is an essential lock-up device or a warning system which prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
