FM GRU Tower Cranes were established in 1920. This family run company, FMgru, is located in the biggest industrial place in northern Italy. Throughout the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into an industrial and manufacturing economy, the company was working in the metal structural sector and welded construction industries. FMgru was involved in building bridges for roads, pylons to convey electricity, a wide array of forklifts, presses, prefabrication molds and farming machines.
The company began crane production during 1963. Over time, the company pooled all of its resources into this one activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest specialization level in the field of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru sells and produces 4 series of high quality tower cranes. These machinery are designed and engineered for various applications and there are available models which could cover all construction needs.
Some units provide really flexible lifting options for companies which are constructing small buildings and private houses. Self-erecting cranes offer 22 to 40 meters jib range and have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity.
Topless tower cranes are amongst their other units. These cranes have upto 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are both extremely adaptable and user friendly. They are suitable for minimizing interferences when there are numerous cranes working in the same building site.
Saddle-jib tower cranes have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg and a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. There are regular tower cranes which have no over sail restriction and are great for any construction or building project.
The Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes have 50 meter jibs and are equipped with 12000 kg capacity. These cranes are specifically designed to work in tight sites and on high-rise projects where buildings are found in close proximity to each other.
