Noble has manufactured a great line of rough terrain forklifts which are both really rugged and mobile. These machines have eventually shown a great ability to perform with mobility and stability on all types of terrain, all while carry big loads. The RT lift trucks are made on performance and have an emphasis of being able to complete jobs in even the harshest environment.
The Noble RT Series has been designed with the requirements and the comfort of the driver in mind. The operator compartment provides superb visibility and fingertip operational controls to enable maximum efficiency. Additionally, the cab has been engineered with a huge "Easy-On and Easy-Off Compartment" for easy exiting and entering.
Operators Compartment - The drivers cab has been ergonomically engineered on all these machinery. The engineers have strategically positioned the seat in a lower position so as to provide a more comfortable ride and reduce any pitching of the driver. This feature specifically comes into play during long haul applications.
Engine - The RT engine is powered by the Tier II diesel Perkins 1004C-44 engine. This forklift offers optimum performance when completing any task due to the machine's tough design and the engine.
Mast - The mast is a 45 degree forward, hydraulic tilting mechanism. This tilting mast translates to RT storage and easy to transport. The Noble RT lift truck is equipped with either a 2-stage or 3-stage side shifting mast which has dual side chains along with dual cylinders. The visibility of the driver is greatly enhanced by getting rid of the carriage side chains, the hoses and the center cylinder.
Frame - Noble engineers make use of ProEngineer software to construct and design a one piece frame with integrated design with a purpose to provide complete durability, optimum strength and total stability in every type of condition.
R Series
Noble's R-Series machinery have been designed specifically for outdoor use. These equipment feature a Power Shuttle Transmission which is engineered to operated fully in all types of tough environments. There are Leaf Spring Suspension systems which come standard on all units to offer Operator comfort whilst lessening damage to frame, the load and the axle. The engines are made to offer consistent and reliable power. Non-towable units feature a strong planetary drive axle.
Noble TR Series
The Noble TR Series has Pantograph Reach Load Delivery System as well as Increased Load Handling Stability. Cellular Frame Construction is Pro-Engineered to get rid of premature stress and fatigue failures. Hydrostatic power provides infinite drive. Clear visibility is attained during load placement and retrieval due to the center seated position. Last but not least, it just takes the flick of a switch to initiate 3 or 2 wheel drive.
